Ellie formed Eleanor Joseph & Associates, LLC in 2004 to offer lobbyist compliance and government ethics services at the federal, state, and local levels.  She personally trained her compliance team in all areas related to lobbyist compliance and reporting, and supervised employees on a daily basis. The company now provides information and guidance to clients regarding lobbyist registration and reporting, gift restrictions, complicated campaign finance laws and regulations, pay to play restrictions and other issues.

Ellie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Literature from The Evergreen State College and Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. She enjoys managing her tree farm, entertaining family and friends, flower gardening and caring for her shih tzu Bear. 

Kerry is a seasoned compliance professional with over 25 years of experience managing staff and preparing complicated federal, state, and local lobby disclosure and campaign finance reports for clients nationwide. She managed the Political Reporting Unit at a large law firm in California from 1998 to 2002 and was instrumental in building the foundation for the firm’s national compliance unit. 

Kerry joined Eleanor Joseph & Associates, LLC as Principal and Chief Operating Officer in 2023, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, focusing on client relations, business development, research, and personnel management.  She is highly skilled in client training, audit preparation/response and problem solving. Client retention and satisfaction is the hallmark of a successful enterprise and Kerry has maintained relationships with many clients for more than 20 years. 

Kerry earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and birding.

Tara has been with Eleanor Joseph and Associates, LLC since 2009.  As Business Manager, she ensures that each client receives timely, individual attention. She also assists with filing reports for lobbyists and lobbying firms when needed, as well as handles the day-to-day operations, contract negotiations and accounts receivables. 

Tara graduated from University of Tennessee with a degree in Political Science and a concentration in Public Administration.  She also has minors in Business and Economics. Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and college age son as well as traveling and eating different cuisines.

Shaheen joined the Eleanor Joseph & Associates, LLC team in 2008.  As Compliance Reporting Manager, she ensures that lobby filing requirements are met in all 50 states and localities for numerous clients.  She manages our internal company database, tracks state and local filing deadlines and has trained new staff.  Shaheen takes pride in maintaining strong one-on-one relationship with clients, answering their inquiries promptly and resolving issues as they arise.  

Shaheen received her B.A. degree from Emory University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and enjoying time with her family.

Jill has over 24 years of experience in lobby compliance. She has been with Eleanor Joseph and Associates, LLC since 2011 and focuses on state, federal and local lobby regulations, registrations, and reporting. As Compliance Reporting Manager, Jill's duties also include research, troubleshooting questions and audit responses. She maintains ongoing relationships with our clients lobbying and government affairs firms, securing necessary information to timely and accurately file employer's disclosure reports.

Jill holds a degree in sociology with a concentration in criminal justice from the University of Tennessee. Passionate about travel, Jill enjoys exploring new places with her family and friends. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, son, and their dog.
